The discipline to stay on the lifestyle plan you set in place at the start of a journey like this~ now that’s AMAZING! Again it’s not a diet but a way to stay accountable and prove to yourself you CAN do the HARD things! 💯
The courage to flip on the freaking COLD ASS water for 5 minute showers EVERY DAY for 30 days for 2 phases~let me tell you, that either takes a special kind strong person or a special kind of crazy 🤷🏽♀️
To stay committed to TWO 45 minute workouts with at least 4 hours between them is also another kind of level of planning! Let me tell you, this is when life tries to throw you curve balls! It’s what you do during those time to persevere that’s builds you from the inside out and sends you to another level💪🏽
No alcohol, that’s was easy for me. I’m not much of a drinker. But during the maintainence phase, I won’t lie, I enjoyed a glass of wine here and there.
5 am Journaling, Talking to Strangers, Complementing a stranger daily~Those came easy for me. 😆I may or may not be a SOCIAL BUTTERFLY😆
What was tough but TRULY got easier with practice and is now part of my daily routine~ daily Positive Self Affirmations!
