It all started with a desire to feel better and make changes for myself.
Then a challenge came along! I instantly knew I WOULDN’T be alone in my journey☺️

Scared & nervous….yet excited of what was to come. Excited to start this with others right along side with me. Excited to have a group that understood the inside work this would also entail. A group for each of us to be able to support each other🔥
