There’s more to fitness than the number on a scale.


Let’s be honest. So many of us compare ourselves to other people and where they are at right now in their fitness journey. I know this because I once did the same. the only person you should be comparing yourself to is the person looking back at you on the mirror and being stronger than that person was the day before. Each of our starting points looks differently, the important thing is that each of us takes that step and starts!

Stop measuring yourself against the number on the scale. And START measuring yourself by: the endurance you are building, the clothes fitting more to your liking, being better than you were yesterday.

Invest in your fitness and health…
Not because you dislike your body….BUT….
Because you love your body and respect everything it does for you on a daily.
